Dan Collard (left) is a seasoned healthcare executive with more than 27 years of healthcare industry experience including operations, consulting, and technology start-ups. He is the co-founder of HealthCare Plus Solutions Group along with long-time colleague Quint Studer.
Dan has always enjoyed the role of change agent within each organization he has led. In healthcare operations, Dan and his leadership teams helped their organizations attain best-in-class performance across a balanced set of metrics: quality, patient experience, physician and employee engagement, volume growth and financial performance.
Rachael Gillette (right) serves as the President of Studer Community Institute, a nonprofit dedicated to improving the quality of life for people in our community.
Rachael is a John Maxwell certified Coach, Trainer and Speaker. She is also a member of the American Business Women’s Association, Pensacola Women’s Alliance, Impact 100, serves on UWF’s College of Business Advisory Council and serves as the secretary on the Visit Pensacola Board of Directors. In 2021, Rachael was awarded the prestigious 850 Pinnacle Award for Outstanding Women in Business.
