Becki Haines, PHR, SHRM-CP (left)

Becki has over 25 years of Human Resources experience and holds a business degree with a concentration in HR. She is certified as both a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and a Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP).

As a ten-year LandrumHR employee, Becki has worked with the staffing, PEO, and consulting divisions of the company. She currently holds the position of Managing Consultant for hrQ, their national Human Capital Consulting firm.

Prior to joining LandrumHR, she was the Director of Human Resources for the largest behavioral health care system in Alabama where she led the HR team in the proper execution of the recruitment, employment, benefits, compensation, workers’ compensation, and safety disciplines for 1,000+ staff.

Becki is passionate about helping organizations best manage their greatest resource – their people. A teacher at heart, Becki focuses on helping business leaders understand the “why” behind the “what” so they can move forward with confidence in their decisions.

Amanda Hindsman, P.M.P. (right)

Amanda Hindsman is a dedicated mom who juggles career, family, and community volunteerism. She is a Pensacola native and a graduate from the University of West Florida with a BA in Public Relations/ Advertising and a Minor in Marketing.

She brings over 16 years of experience as a leader and Project Manager. Project Management Professional (PMP) certified since 2012, Amanda uses her skills in both the healthcare industry and our local community to lead projects big and small that drive positive outcomes and deliver change.

Amanda joined IRIS in 2019 as their PMO Manager to implement Diabetic Retinopathy programs worldwide to end preventable blindness.

Willie Spears (left)

Willie Spears is a professional speaker, teacher, author, former athletic director of three schools, head football coach, a seasonal syndicated radio personality and columnist featured in newspapers around the country and his Motivational Minute is a PSA that airs on several radio stations. As an ordained minister, he has motivated churches, youth groups, prison inmates, schools, teachers, teams, companies, and individuals through his business, The Willie Spears Experience.

Willie currently resides in Panama City where the business is based. He is married to Tanika and they have two children Tayelor and Kenneth.

Bob Murphy, JD, M.Div., MPA, BSN, R.N. (right)

Bob Murphy is an executive coach who has presented around the world to hundreds of thousands of leaders and staff on customer service and other leadership topics. He combines passion, humor and straight talk about how to become a high-performing organization, department or leader.

Murphy previously served as the COO of The Blake by QSLM and the Chief of Medical Operations at GBSI. In addition, Bob's rich leadership history includes President of the Gulf Coast Medical Group, a ministry of Sacred Heart Health System, as well as a senior leader, speaker and executive coach for Studer Group and as senior vice president and administrator of Baptist Hospital.

Bob is an ordained minister who volunteers in our community as a pastor for the “Takin’ it to the Streets” homeless ministry, as a chaplain for the Pensacola Fire Department, Santa Rosa County Fire/Rescue departments and for the staff and patients of Gulf Breeze Hospital.
