Meet Ashlee Carpentier and Becki Haines!
Ashlee (left) is the Co-Owner and Vice President of Complete DKI. She began her career in the restoration industry in 2010, cofounded Complete DKI in 2012, started 1-800-Packouts of the Gulf Coast in 2016 and received her SHRM-CP designation in 2020. She’s passionate about career development not only for herself but also for those around her. In the professional arena, she’s dedicated to growing and encouraging her team through continual training and development. She enjoys watching those around her thrive with new and challenging opportunities. She’s an active board member for the Red Cross of NWFL, NAIOP of NWFL and The Escambia County Professional Firefighters Charity. She’s a Pensacola Native, UWF graduate, and is proud to call Pensacola home.
Becki (right) has over 20 years of Human Resources experience and holds a business degree with a concentration in HR. She is certified as both a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and a Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP). Becki has spent 9 years with LandrumHR working with the staffing, PEO, and consulting divisions of the company. She currently serves as both the Director of Relationship Management for their PEO and the Director of Client Services for their consulting division, hrQ. Becki is passionate about helping organizations best manage their greatest resource – their people. A teacher at heart, Becki focuses on helping business leaders understand the “why” behind the “what” so they can move forward with confidence in their decisions. Prior to those roles, she was Director of Human Resources for a health care system in Mobile, Alabama where she led the HR team in the proper execution of the recruitment, employment, benefits, compensation, workers’ compensation, and safety disciplines for 1,000+ staff.
