Scott Bradbary
Scott Bradbary serves as our Chief Talent Officer of Warren Averett. Scott works closely with the Firm’s executive and administration teams to strengthen culture and core values.
He has spent his professional career coaching people to success. Scott formerly served as the Chief Learning officer and member of The Rainmaker Academy and has worked extensively in the accounting profession. He has worked with hundreds of professional service firms and thousands of accountants to assist them in reaching their highest potential.
Scott has been a frequent speaker at conferences around the country and has been featured at the Alabama Banker’s Association, the AICPA’s Emerging Partner Conference, The Growth and Profitability Summit, the Enterprise Worldwide International Conference, the Leading Edge Alliance Managing Partners Annual Meetings, the New Jersey Society of CPAs and many others. He also conducts hundreds of workshops, classes and web presentations each year.
Dr. Irv Williams
Dr. Irvin J. Williams has more the 45 years’ experience as a clinician, administrator, educator, and consultant in the areas of mental health and substance abuse treatment and prevention programming, community development, human resource development, diversity training, evaluation, and grantsmanship.
Formally trained as a clinical/community psychologist, Dr. Williams has applied his knowledge and skills in a variety of settings including, community based mental health and substance abuse agencies, private, state and federal hospitals, criminal justice institutions, colleges and universities, municipal governments and private practice in the United States and Caribbean. Community development activities ranging from economic development to social and health promotion include: the development and implementation of a Community Development Corporation, development and facilitation of anti- racism community groups, development of community coalitions to prevent violence, substance abuse and the spread of HIV/AIDS.
Thomas Ryan-Lawrence
Thomas Ryan-Lawrence began his career in marketing in 2003 after graduating from Georgia State University with honors. In the eighteen years since his graduation, he has founded three organizations: Gayborhood: A digital media company that connects the LGBTQ+ community with safe spaces across the country; Opinly: A web-based diversity and inclusion platform for small and medium sized businesses; and ARK Leadership: A consulting firm that focuses on adding value to organizations, both large and small. Each company he has founded share a common thread: to change the world for the better by providing exceptional services that make an impact on our users and clients. Most recently, one of Ryan-Lawrence’s companies has launched the Gayborhood Business Alliance, an organization dedicate to recognizing and rewarding Select Partners who pledge to value and respect all people.
Ryan-Lawrence also enjoys giving back to the local Atlanta community. He is in his fifth year of service at Wesley International Academy, a K-8 Charter School where he currently serves as Board Chair, he is a member of the Diversity & Inclusion Council at a private, multi-location Montessori Prep School in the Atlanta area, and serves on the Inclusion and Equity task force for the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University. Ryan-Lawrence married his husband, Chris, in 2012 and they welcomed their son, Noah, in 2014.
Chris Ryan-Lawrence
Chris is a Founder, Principal and CEO of ARK Leadership LLC. and is a proven entrepreneurial leader with more than twenty-eight years of business building and real estate leadership experience.
He has launched or improved over one hundred fifty multimillion-dollar residential communities in his career, essentially all small businesses, through his hands on and “in the trenches” personal leadership style. This experience has led ARK to successfully improve a variety of organizations in multiple industries ranging from national sales organizations to major metropolitan cities from the East Coast to the Midwest.
Chris is additionally a speaker on both local and national platforms largely due to his enthusiastic and passionate delivery method infused with a great deal of humor centered around electrifying organizations culture and business performance. He was a guest lecturer to The University of Georgia and Georgia Tech for over ten years, and was also a guest lecturer on entrepreneurship at his alma mater Virginia Tech.
His passion for youth led him to founding a youth organization that grew to receive national recognition in a short four years. He was elected to the AGLCC Board of Directors and served for two years, leading the Business Development Committee which organizes the University, Procurement Spotlights, Certifications as well as leading the alliance with the Small Business Administration (SBA). In 2018 he was elected to the Board of Advisors for FacilitesONE Technologies, an expanding national technology group, and will continue in this advisory role through 2020.
He is proudly married to his husband, Thomas and lives in Atlanta Georgia with their son Noah who was the inspiration for the formation of ARK Leadership LLC.
