Meet Kathy Sandstrom and Rachael Gillette!
Kathy (left) has over 22 years experience with Heitman in Chicago (a global real estate investment firm) as Senior Managing Director and Senior Equity Owner. She returned to Pensacola in 2018 and now serves on the SCI board as well as the board of Healthpeak Properties, an S&P 500 company, investing in real estate serving the healthcare industry.
Rachael (right) is the Chief Leadership Development Officer at Studer Community Institute. She was previously the Director of the Pensacola Young Professionals and served as a barrister in Liverpool and Manchester. In her current role, Rachael works to build organizations with aligned values and engaged employees, all to meet the SCI mission of improving the quality of life in Pensacola.
